Dyslexic Inventions

The computer the light bulb and the telephone were all created by Dyslexics. It's a wonder why the government in Australia does not recognise the condition.
The Australian Government made a choice in the 1970's not to label mostly children with these titles so except for ADHD which has to be proscribed drugs, to which they kick a kickback from the sale of them, Ritalin is sold more then anywhere else in the world - per capita in Australia to treat mostly ADHD, for each sale the Government makes a tidy profit.

Albert Einstein is a famous Dyslexic

Albert Einstein is a famous Dyslexic, he even failed maths test and got rejected from University for not getting good enough grades, he obviously worked on his weaknesses and proved that Dyslexia can be an amazing gift that helps you see the world in a different, creative way.

Why is Australia so far behind in recognition for Dyslexics?

No Government Help
Australia seems to have very little set up in support of Dyslexia. As a person who recently found out I was Dyslexic I was shocked that there was little out there in the way of help. There are no government departments that support the condition, there is no funding, they seem not to recognise the condition. Maybe if they did they would be susceptible to funding so they have decided to neglect it.
